KJ Functional Fitness: It’s Never Too Late To Build Muscle

I have been training with Kilee for 3-4 years. I am 74 and my family encouraged me to start a fitness program with her. I was reluctant but finally made an appointment. It surely was top 3 best health decisions I’ve ever made. I have neuropathy which isn’t debilitating but causes me some balance issues. Kilee is great at helping me build strength and mobility and improving balance.
While working out with her she explains why each exercise is necessary for me…..what the benefit is to my body. She is always encouraging me when I’m on rep #12 and I’m trying to get to #15. “You’ve got this Mike, you can do it”
Kilee is a pleasure to work with and my body is much better for my workouts with her.

Kilee has helped me over the last three years. I had issues with my shoulder strength (hard to even blow dry my hair) and she has carefully helped me improve that strength. Kilee will monitor your form and modify the exercises as needed to avoid injury. She is an excellent and fun trainer!
